Terms of Service

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and activity. Access may be suspended to protect users or the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of videos and other content you provide. You grant Vball Studio a limited permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request and to keep a private evaluation copy of media selected for quality measurement. That evaluation copy may remain after you delete the original project until you ask us to remove it or delete your account.

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, edit, share, download, and publish your content, including permission from people shown in a recording when required, and from a parent or guardian for anyone under 18. We will remove a video at the request of a person who appears in it.

We may use your videos, their analysis, and your corrections to measure and improve our own models, as the Privacy Policy describes. You can ask us not to.

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Every account includes a number of games analyzed free each month. A paid plan raises that number. Your month starts on the day of the month you joined, or on the day a paid plan is charged; games you do not use do not carry over. A game counts when its analysis starts, and does not count if that analysis fails. The current allowances and price are shown in the app before you subscribe.

A paid plan is billed in advance, each month, through Stripe, and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan in the account menu. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep the plan until the end of the month you have paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan with your games intact. Payments are not refunded for a month already started, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong, email abhisaar.y@gmail.com and we will put it right.

We may change prices or allowances. A change to a plan you are paying for takes effect no sooner than your next renewal, and we will email you at least 30 days before it does. Taxes may be added where they apply.

YouTube uploads

YouTube uploads are also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube Community Guidelines. You are responsible for the videos you publish and must not violate copyright, privacy, or other rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use Vball Studio unlawfully, to distribute harmful content, to interfere with the service, to bypass access controls, or to infringe another person's rights.

Service and liability

Vball Studio is provided as is, as an evolving service, without a guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Vball Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
