Beach volleyball video editing
Vball Studio
The purpose of Vball Studio is to help beach volleyball players and coaches turn their own game recordings into edited rally videos with accurate scores, then download those videos or upload them to their own YouTube channel.
What Vball Studio does
- Accepts user-uploaded beach volleyball recordings and processes them into reviewable rallies.
- Lets users correct rally boundaries, team names, colors, and scores.
- Exports an edited game video with a scoreboard for download.
- Optionally uploads that export to the signed-in user's own YouTube channel when they choose Upload to YouTube.
Why YouTube access is requested
When a user connects YouTube, Vball Studio requests YouTube's upload permission, so they can publish a finished game video to their own channel, and its account permission, because YouTube has no narrower permission for making a playlist of a session's games or for checking that a video or playlist Vball Studio uploaded is still there. Vball Studio does not read, edit, or delete YouTube videos or playlists it did not create.
